ALOHA!!!
We have returned from our AWESOME trip to Hawaii! It was so much fun! We went with our friends Nate and Kassidi Jepesen and stayed at the Wyland Wakikkii in Wakkikki. We went to the Polynesian Cultural Center, Pearl Harbor, snorkling at Honoma Bay and Shark Cove, went to North Shore, hiked some falls, saw the temple, and got pretty roasted! It was such a great experience! Hawaii is an amazing place! The vibe is soawesome and the people are all so nice. Zac made lots of friends there and is planning to move there in the winter! He will open an office and give it a shot and see if us girls will go out and join him for a while.
The cultural center was pretty dang cool. There are exibits and shows from all of the islands and then a lu'au and night show with fire dancing and all. It is right next to BYU Hawaii and most of the kids working there are paying their way through the center. Pearl Harbor was just unreal. It makes it so much more realistic being there. It really is a reverent place and the history is amazing. I have always wanted to go and I suggest it to everyone!
We spent lots of time on the beach. The boys tried out some surfing and we all did some snorkling and swimming. Kassidi was such a trooper being 6 months prego! She made me feel like a wimp! We loved the temple and were amazed to learn how old it is! It was built in 1919 making it older than the Mesa temple! The sisters there were great and we will definitely have to go back for a session!
All in all it was a great trip! It was very relaxing and nice to get a break from kiddos. A HUGE thanks to Zac's and my parents for letting our babies stay with them! We really appreciate it and owe you BIG TIME! We love you! ( Thanks to Annie and Mike too!)
Next time we go anyone and everyone's invited! It's a blast!

Bombs Away!!!

Isabelle has become a great swimmer and with that comes the flying. As you can see she is not afraid of flying... in fact she really enjoys it. I have to go inside for part of it so that my heart valve doesn't burst. Her and daddy get crazy in that pool and she LOVES it!
Ava is starting to get in the pool too. She loves to just stare at the water. I think it must be a pretty sweet trip for her because you can not get her attention the whole time. She does own a swimming suit, however we like to be W.T. and swim in diapers. Isabelle's bum ALWAYS hangs out the back of hers and we thought you would enjoy!

Daddy's BBQ is Coming Along...
Zac has been working so hard to finish our bbq. We just got home from a 10 day visit to Utah (Which by the way I thought I lost my camera on the airplane so I have NO pictures! Then when I got home it was on the counter with the video camera!) so he got a little held up. He is doing awesomeand sweating his brains out! It is SOOOO hot out there and he just loves it! (Not really the heat, just the work!) So you can see how the seating area and bar are coming together. He did the stucco today, you can't really see that in the pics. Tommorrow he will start on the stone. We'll keep you posted! Oh for those of you who have asked about Zac sharing his skills at your house.... he's VERY expensive! We would like our daddy back!
IZZY TAKES ON THE D-BACKS!
We got season tickets to the Diamondbacks through Zac's work and it was our turn to use the tickets! We took Isabelle to the game and they were playing the Milwaukee Brewers. They were down 5-0 in the 7th inning stretch so we left...... and they came back to win 6-5! Isn't that always the way?
Isabelle loves to go to the games and keeps the crowd entertained. My apologies to anyone who is sitting around us for the commentary Isabelle provides.
Rolling, rolling, rolling
Miss Ava is a champ at rolling over. She has been a little bit for a few months but now every time we put her down she is immediately on her tummy. I am afraid we might be in trouble with this one as well! The one of her on her tummy is blurry, but we had to show her doing it! We were at my mom's for the 4th. We had a birthday party for my brother Sean and a pretty low key bbq!

Swinging Peanut

We took the kids to the park the other day and Ava tried out the swing for the first time. She just sat there calm as can be forever and loved it. Part of it may have been the heat stroke from it being so hot outside, but I think she liked it. She was looking a little homeless in this picture with no bow and no shorts, but she just looked too cute. She is such a little peanut she could barely be seen in there!

New "Do" for Isabelle
I have been debating on whetheror not to cut Isabelle's hair for a while. I loved to pull it back into pigtails, but she looked homeless by the end of the day. I went to a friends wedding last weekend and his niece has the CUTEST hair ever. So guess who's sporting the new do! Miss Isabelle has a sassy new haircut and I must say it is very fitting to her personality. The only thing is she looks like such a big girl now. Zac says she looks like a little woman! Just when I thought she couldn't get cutter! ( I have to toot my own horn... sorry!)
